AGES is one of the best Sega 32X/Sega CD/Genesis/GameGear emulators around.
It also emulates the Sega Genesis very well. It's just a little slow in the 32X department.

DGen V1.21

DGen is a new emulator for the Genesis from the author of DTMNT.
It's being developed primarily for Windows with DirectX, but Macintosh and Linux ports are also available.
Development of this emulator was going very fast at one moment, at one time there were 3 new versions released in 2 days...

Gens V2.11 (Win9x/ WinNT) Released Oct 9/2002

This is a very nice, SEGA Genesis/Mega-Drive/Sega-CD/Mega-CD/32X Emulator.
It has pretty good compatibility and the sound is great! I was able to play the first level of
Streets of Rage 3 properly, with no annoying emulation defects whatsoever. Another
nice fact is that Gens runs under Windows and doesn't need the very latest release of DirectX to run.
It does need at least DirectX 5.0 though, so while you can use it on Windows 2000 it won't work on Windows NT.

Gens32 V2.28 (Win9x) Released June 2/2005
|
This is a very nice, Sega Genesis/32X/SegaCD emulator based on Gens 2.12a and Gens+ 0.0.3.39.
It has pretty good compatibility and the sound is great! It runs under Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP
and requires DirectX 7.0 or above to be installed!

Generator32 V0.15 (Win9x)

Generator32 is the Win32 port of Generator, a linux Genesis emulator. The Win32 version requires
DirectX 3.0 or later (3.0 ships with Win95 OSR2). Generator features fairly good compatibility with
Genesis software. It also supports both FM sound and PSG sound. Generator can open ROMs compressed with
Gzip without expanding them first. In addition, it can open both .SMD and .BIN formats.

Generator/MacOS V0.3.6 Released Jan 31/2002

Generator/MacOS is a very nice, Sega Genesis/Megadrive emulator for Macintosh platform.
Generator features fairly good compatibility with Genesis software. It also supports both
FM sound and PSG sound. Generator can open ROMs compressed with Gzip without expanding them first.
In addition, it can open both .SMD and .BIN formats.
