Project 64 or 1964. Either one will play that game wonderfully. As for plugins, the default ones that come with both emus should be enough for any decent comp (what're ur specs BTW?). Also I suggest that you use the NRage Input plugin. Without a doubt the best.

EDIT: n/m just saw ur specs in ur sig. Ur comp is kinda uhmm weak. U can use either one of the emus i suggested, but it will be horribly slow. Try using Corn or Ultrahle instead.

Edit2:Ultrahle is reccomended tho, U'll get good speed with that. also if u do use Pj or 1964, try using the Glide64 gfx plugin. Tailored specifically for Voodoo users.

thx for your help,
I tried UltraHLE cause I have a Voodoo card, it works pretty well; it just slows a bit in highly textured scenes and there are sound  glitches from times to times. I was even surprised by the image quality (played in 1024*768) comparing to the original zelda on N64.

That's because the real n64 has horribly low resolution (I think it's 320x200 or something).
