Help with Dream Maze?

I've got a few questions, and I'm hoping someone on this forum will have played this game enough to figure 'em out.

- What do presents do?
- Animals keep talking about "graffitti" on the walls, and yet I haven't seen any. Am I missing it, or is it not actually there?
- How do you get the keys for the jail cells and the locked door on the fifth floor of the cake tower?

I've managed to get to the 10th floor of the tower, and now I'm at a loss for where to go. Any help at all will be massively appreciated. Thank you~!

[Edit] Found my way through the Cake Tower, finally. Beating the tower gave me the key for the door on the 5th floor, but the not the jail cells. It also gave me two more towers to get through, so I'm guessing the key is in one of those.

I'm making color-coded maps for the towers as I go through. Would it be okay if I posted them here?

Presents can be opened for items. I believe you have to use the Search command on them.
Can't recall the answer to the grafitti thing at the moment, sorry.
Yes, the Jail Key will need to be found in a later tower.
I couldn't find the ingame map on Brick Tower 10F, so I mapped it out. And lucky floor 13 has two map shops, but can you find them? he he he
