for smallest/largest I mean how much memory they use on the carts/computer... for instance Super Mario 64 is 8 MB...
so the games w/ the smallest/largest uses...

for publicly released... anything that you can buy off the shelves of most stores(e.g. starfox 64, super mario 64 etc.) and not a demo that was made by someone sitting infront of their computer at their home...
