FTP an XBox

Does anyone here know how to FTP an XBox? I'm curious about it but not sure what do do.

you must have a program with a built-in ftp server, evolution x has and dvd2xbox has, on your pc type in your internet explorer bar: ftp://user:login@(ftp of your xbox)

example: ftp://xbox:xbox@192.168.0.4

the standard user+pass is xbox
