<font color='#000000'>You need to either get a trainer which unlocks the lock the latest versions of Nebula placed on it, or download the later version of Nebula 2.17a. You have to get the kof2001.dat file for this game (which Elsemi requested not to publically post--sorry), and place it in the romdata folder. Then it should work.</font>
