Mame and Neorage x mem question...

Is there a way to set up mame32 and or neoragex where games with continue options where you input a name and number ala Dungeons and Dragons tower fo doom where it actually saves them?

Yeah both and mame both has them. Neoragex saves auto(not sure about the new games). I think with mame u need to make a score dat file, i did it once but it was a year or two ago.
