& MAME of course
there's another emu but i can't rem the name.

yup those are the best, another emu ? umm Callus which is dead and doesnt play much games.
The most fav. to me is Kawaks.

Final Burn is the fastest. But Kawanks has the most options.

Just look for any emulator that supports the CPS2 (Capcom Play System) chipset. As already stated WinKawaks has the most options so i recommend that, or MAME if you have a lot of other types of roms.
