is there a difference between neo geo and neo geo cd??? - yes? please tell me...

Yes, neoGeo runs from the game boards, NeoGeo CD runs from CDs.

Yes there is... but the difference is much less than u think. Apart from 1 runing in cd and the other runing in ROMS. The only big difference is the sound. That's about it. The Neo cd was made for consoles basically. Hope that helps.
