Im running win2000 , p4 1.8 gig
What is the best version to get?
Im also using neoragex

version of what? Neoragex? there's a neoragex that work under nt based systems.

I have neoragex but cant find the bios zip...grrrr
But originally I was referring to an arcade emulator for things like gauntlet, rastan, and various others

what you mean like gaunlet legends? i dont know any emulator for that.
just search for "neogeo.zip bios" or somthing

Gauntlet and Rastan are both playable on MAME. In fact, most 2d games are playable on MAME. http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

As for Capcom and NeoGeo games I recommend Nebula or Kawaks, since they have more options and better emulation than MAME. But for the older arcade games there's none better than MAME.

Just want to make sure I grabbed the correct mame for my system (win2k) :AdvanceMAME V0.61.1 (Binary) (asm) for Pentium Pro/II/III

Well i would recomend Mame32 Plus. It has lots of Video Filters(A lot of them come from Snes9X).

Im feeling my way around still , neoragex was so easy to get playing with.
But with vampire savior2 (Darkstalkers4) , and old classics like Gauntlet, Strider, Dragon Spirit and more, I HAVE to have MAME now http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
