Metal Slug Problems

I have a problem and was wondering if any of
you can tell me how to fix it.I have a metal
slug 1 rom and i can play it perfectly on
NeoRageX 0.6b XP,however i tried renaming the
files with rom center so they can be recognized
by kawaks149 and it runs the game but the
graphics are all screwed up. Please someone
help out a newbie, because i would prefer to
play it in kawaks.

You'll find that most NeoRAGE ROMs are totally butchered. Your best bet is downloading the game again I'm afraid.

Thanks for the advice but it seems i dont have to download the file again. :D
I downloaded kawaks 146 hacked version and it seems to play it at 100 percent. :D.The only problem i have with that version is playing king of fighters 98. :(
However the regular version of kawaks 149 seems to take care of that problem.
