ok here is the problem..

i finally got pass the calibration check :)

then

when the screen comes up everything is really slow and i know its not my pc

specs
AMD Athlon Xp 2400
GeForce 4 FX 5200 128mb
DDR 512 Mb (kingston)

I would really appreaciate if someone could help
