Mame Online (irc?)

I wanted to use my mame to play online.
Games like Street fighter alpha 3 (aka zero 3)
Im not quite sure how i would do this, but I heard someone say something about IRC.

Ive never used IRC before...
So yeah any help would be great =)

Thats mame with Kaillera (Its a tool that allows you to play games online). IRC is only an Internet Relay Chat network place not a place to play MAME games online :) If you need more help on how to connect to servers using the MAME32 kaillera client that Vince gave u link to , post here.
