Will Genesis games run

Hey, i'm considering buying Gunstar Heroes for the Genesis, but it won't do me much good unless my Mega Drive can run it, so...

well, Genesis = megadrive, but keep in mind that if you have PAL it might screw up anyway (genesis is NTSC)

Actually, i wouldn't mind a definite answer. I read somewhere that some games work, some don't. Turns out Gunstar Heroes is available on Mega Drive too, so i don't really need the Genesis ver. http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
