Translation Patches

Hey Guys,
I downloadest a translation patch for "Bahamut Lagoon" but i have no idea how to start/activate it.
Please tell me how to do it.

Ah, pretty simple. Just download the utility IPSWin from the translation part of the main page, http://www.emuxhaven.net (http://www.emuxhaven.net,) then open the program, select the patch and the rom, press Patch! and yer set.
