i have a .key file but don't know what to do with it to get magic engine to work. help please?

it is a Pc-Engine Emulator. That emulates  the Turbo Grafx 16. it is to unlock the program but it still only gives me only 5 minutes of play. i was on an emulation sight and and it said new PC-Engine ISO released and i was like what is that. so i went there and found like 9 isos and started to download them.
