I have NO CLUE how to run iso's so please help

And most newer PSX emulators can run ISOs (if your ISO is of a PSX CD), like ePSXe and AdriPSX.

by runing an iso do you mean burning a .iso file into a CD?
or do u mean playing it on an emlator?
