Whats the best one? i have seen a split opinion between
RockNES
VirtuaNES
NES-TEN
Nester

tell me which u use and y

Well um I would have to say RockNES if only it is still alive , it is in some sort of put on hold, well Why is it good eh ?
Well its good because it has the best compatibility and at the time it was the most updated. Plus it is easy to use and a cool emulator.

It's just the first I picked up, and quite decent, IMO. I don't mind that it's DOS, as long as it works.

I have to agree with ya on that. I used to like Nesticle, but since i got XP, Nesticle has fallen to the wayside cuz I dont like having to start some DOS progs from the Command line.

I can't remember which, but there's an emulator which allows to search for cheats--which, of course, is the best in my opinion! Finding cheats is fun http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

I'm still using RockNES for my games. It's just the best NES emulator I can think of.

RockNES X is great but too bad it's not as good as the DOS version...

Right now, I like RockNES the best but I really think the NES emulation scene should be able to get better.

RockNES and NESter are the best IMHO.

RockNES & NESter are one of the best emulators for NES games. But RockNES is only a bit more better. Sometimes when a game doesn't work on RockNES it might work on NESter.
