MMX2 Problems

I know this is an old issue but does anybody still have problems w/ MMX2?

I think i finished that game, and it worked nearly perfectly. The water wasn't transparent, though, if I'm not mistaken.

on zsnes, it was REALLY messed up, so i just usued snes9x
