Most emulators you dont need to install, they are just in a .zip file. You should download the Visualboy Advance emulator. The .zip file can be opened with WinZip (http://download.winzip.com/winzip81.exe) or WinRAR (http://rarlabs.com/rar/wrar320.exe) whichever you want. Just extract the file to the folder you want and yr done.

I think hes having problems running them, what that emulator needs that snes nes n64 or genesis ones need is the image file "bios" , We cant tell you as to where you could get one (As it is higly illegal more than the games) but just do a simple search for one on google and you will find something. Thats all I can say . You just dump that file where the games dir is in and your set.

I know sometimes readmes are pain, but read it very carefully. Because it tells what is needed and if it gets too technical for you just try and play around with the settings until you find the right one. But I suggest VisualBoy Advance. You can get it here at emuxhaven. It has lots of options, display modes, and filtering. And is very stable. But like emuxhaven said, you need a bios for some of the games to run properly.
