ok, i know some of u out there are crazy enough (me too >.< ) to p2p for cRO.   well i found an english site (well , my friend did ) that sells the cRO pay to play month cards.  there are 2 options, the 150 point card (no idea how much that will get u) for $6.99 or the month card (what i got ) for $13.75.

Is there absolutely no way to pay without a credit card?

And will happen if I buy that card? Will the store mail it to me? What do I do then with that card?

i dont know what you do with the card but it will be mailed to you

once the card is mailed to u, it will have a number and password (that's what i've heard, i'll update u when i get mine)
you go to the chinese cRO site and enter ur account info and the card info and voila, it's paid for. http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

well thats too bad cuz i aint payin like $30(canadian) a month to play... they should just sell the game for like $70(Canadian) and let u play

BTW d00ds, it seems that you can pay with a check or money order. So Creds arent absolutely necessary.

Actually no. You can Use Checks or Money Orders outside of the US, as long as they're drawn on banks that have US branches.

Which means it's still as useless as credit card-only.
