I am afraid the person representing the English community's thinking before you is not a honest man, far from it, he is abusing his power any way he can to inflict fear and make people suck up to him and try to be his friend in order to get in contact with GRAVITY themselves.
That person is Sniffer, who is an administrator of IXGA.com.
He has his own private channel, #IXGA, on the EnterTheGame IRC Network, and people who are not in there and who he does not consider friends are banned and not listened to. If a user has a problem they cannot talk to him, he considers them stupid and ignores them. In fact, when someone tries to enter #IXGA to talk with Sniffer, Sniffer replies to them cold and bans them off (You can refer to Carrot^ and Sniffer encounter log to see).
By treating other players and fans like garbage and lower than himself, and showing favoritism... Is that how a future GRAVITY employee should act?
A while back, when ENGLISH LOKI was launched, he got a Damascus and a level 80 thief character the first week of new server, and used this super character to kill the bosses when other people trying to kill them using team work watched and waited. One of the legit English Beta player who actually WORKS for his levels, YAHOO!!!, got banned because he called Sniffer's character a cheater, because he did not know GRAVITY gave him 99str+damascus and all that power when he killed Doppelganger. Sniffer got YAHOO!!! banned from English Beta, a legit player, because he could not stand him accusing him of cheating, and used the reason "Harassment" before Gravity administrators. This shows abuse of power from Gravity's help for personal gain.
By abusing power, and lying about what actually happened to ban multitudes of innocent people... Is that how a future GRAVITY employee should act?
Sniffer also got me (I'm a webmaster of one of English fan sites, RagnarokSource.com... and I had some impact to English RO community due to my involvement in translating NPC texts for GRAVITY, albeit indirectly, during RO-World.com days), former connection to GRAVITY, in bad terms with the ENGLISH GM by lying about me botting and spreading lies to Gravity in order to have all the power to himself, with me out of the way, IXGA.COM becomes the only fan site in contact with GRAVITY directly and thus giving him more power.
By telling fake and incorrect facts to ruin someone... Is that how a future GRAVITY employee should act?
Sniffer's friends got their characters modified to level 99 in Chaos and Loki with the flip of a button with his new power, and he decided to go for a gravity employee position once he gathered enough support from his members. In fact, more and more people are being aware of this illegal acts of Sniffer have been doing with him and his friend's characters (the attachment 2.txt file shows that).
By giving his friends undeserved power... Is that how a future GRAVITY employee should act?
Having his job at GRAVITY almost secured let him be more arrogant, and he offered every "friend" of his Korean Beta II accounts if he got the job for free, even though Korean Beta does NOT allow for ANY FOREIGN PLAYERS, INCLUDING SNIFFER HIMSELF to go into the Closed Beta. He also plays in said Korean Sakray Beta and knows his members do too, but far from encouraging their leaving, he tells them to stay and have fun in KOREAN and JAPAN servers.
By breaking the Korean law to play in Korean servers, and even encouraging others to play... Is that how a future GRAVITY employee should act?

He calls everyone stupid and looks down upon everyone, whoever talks to him when they have a problem are called "Fans" and ignored, he also disrespects Christy, our English GM saying she is the stupidest person he's known in charge of a Ragnarok Server. Also, on the channel he goes often, he has instilled a hatred toward Christy as well (as attached log, attachment 2.txt will show you).

Before Christy decided to stop talking to Luna, he was the only person who sent Christy information about Ragnarok community, bugs, and hacks up-to-date, so Gravity can fix it and make it do better. What did Sniffer do? NOTHING. Luna and his website users collect information on bugs and other suggestions to send to GRAVITY, but with Christy no longer contacting Luna directly due to Sniffer, English server has in fact, gotten slower in terms of development.
People with Christy's dedication and as a fan of Ragnarok herself, Christy is only one fit to be English Ragnarok Online Gamemaster.
Sniffer has banned other users under "Harassment" from Ragnarok because they call him a cheater, but no one has known about it because said people do not know where to complain.
When a new RAGNAROK Fan site wants to open, if Sniffer does not like the owners he will not support and immediately tells them they will fail because they don't have the support of IXGA.COM and GRAVITY, but if the people are his friends and want help with their new site he offers them full support and contacts with GRAVITY themselves if they need. He discriminates those who he does not like.
By discriminating and only letting his friends be on power with him... Is that how a future GRAVITY employee should act?
He has split up the English community - You can see this clearly, it is either IXGA.COM or Anti-IXGA.COM - in his attempt to gain the only contact with GRAVITY and the community continues its downfall. Many hackers and problems have arisen, and he is now mad at GRAVITY for not giving him employment... so he does not listen to the users and lets the English servers go in chaos. If he truly cared for English servers, he would actively be trying to get the servers up, and stable regardless of the job status.
He thinks he is higher than the English GM Christy because he has direct access to talk with GRAVITY CEO and as such he is more powerful than any other person.
He shows high immaturity when talked to (see enclosed log, Sniffer.20020421.txt), and threatens / protects his friends whenever they are accused of something.
Here are some examples from the logs.
When Sniffer and I have talked regarding the Takara (one of Sniffer's loyal friend, and Sniffer and Takara are rumored to be closer than just a friend - Is that an act a 30 year old man should do with a 17 year old girl?), here are some strange excuses made by him (from the log, Sniffer.ETG.20020418.txt).
1) He says that he is sharing an account with Takara.
2) He also says that all of Takara's hacking of Ragnarok Online was for 'her project'. If it meant 'school project' I don't honestly don't know what kind of school would let students hack copyrighted software and get away with it.
3) He accuses me of talking about hacks with Locanis, but this was entirely not harmful; in fact, it was beneficial. Luna and Locanis talks about current hacks and how Gravity can stop them, not to spread or use it.
4) Sniffer maintains his friend, Takara, has NEVER made a hack, when in fact one of the logs show that Takara did make EXP viewer hack of her own.
Also, here is something interesting. There was a picture released by Takara herself, which shows Takara's character (she blocked out her character name, which is Meru, and rest of her sprite because she didn't want to get reported, most likely.) with a Bunny Hairband on... LOKI server. I have heard she 'hacked' into RO to change sprites around. Sniffer maintains Takara has never hacked, but if this isn't hacking, I don't know what to call it.
As this shows, Sniffer shows favoritism. He wants to protect his friends, regardless if they hacked, reverse-engineered, or ruined English Ragnarok Online.
Because how he shows favoritism, egostistic, and selfish attitude, he has earned dislike from almost all other English Ragnarok Online fan site administrators. However, most hide their dislike and are on good terms, because Sniffer is only one who provides them with latest Ragnarok Online news. Hence, Sniffer is using his power to submit others to his power by not giving latest news about Ragnarok Online to fan site administrators who are not on good terms with Sniffer.
By using the power to threaten and submit other fan sites... Is that how a future GRAVITY employee should act?
After Sniffer have met with GRAVITY in Korea, and having turned down his offer to be an employee, Sniffer has said that GRAVITY is a 'second-rate company' behind GRAVITY's back. Is this kind of employee or even a affiliate you would want to have around? In fact, check IXGA.COM... It does not mention GRAVITY's link on their main page or their link page - That is what Sniffer thinks of GRAVITY - Sniffer thinks of GRAVITY as his tool for fame and power.
Please read all carefully, and I hope you reconsider having Sniffer employed, or even having him around at all. GRAVITY can do a lot better without a person like Sniffer.
