Stuck on FF2 WSC

I need to learn the word Warship in FF2, however the only person who says it is Hilda..but when you press Learn, they wont allow you to learn warship.. is this a bug?

Yup, its a bug I think (though I thought it was fixed with the 0.97 version). You were supposed to learn it earlier by saying Airship to Hilda when you first learn it. Now you need to get the Japanese rom and learn the word from that.

i had a problem at that point it goes to another screen with one word on it before it gives u the option to learn the word warship the way i fixed it in my game was i patch it with version95 played that part than repatched with version97 i have since beaten the games so and i have seen any other problems like that in it i think the only other thing i saw was that one of the characters dialog is jumble at the end
