A plea for programming help!

If anyone reading this can program in c/c++ please consider doing a graphics editor for PSX. It would make inserting a new font to PSX games a lot easier, and less time consuming. The race is on, now who will be the first to do one? hehe.. I can dream anyway. I can edit the fonts in a hex editor, But Id like to see what Im actually doing while IM actually doing it. PLease Please Please Please Please Please anyone that can program on a pc consider doing it, youll become famous as the first to make a PSX graphics editor. I only need one right now for 4Bpp graphics, not a tim editor either. Its a 4 bit Clut font that I want to do, And it could be used for other games also. I have found several that use the same format. And would be easier than say 8Bpp. Please Please Please. Im beggin' on my knees.
