This is the most blatantly false thing I've read all month.

You just take everything personally and don't take the time to get to know people.

I'll be quite frank with you. Your past work sucked. It sucked hard. But, if you can demonstrate that you're capable of GOOD work, as well as clean up your general "You guys suck. Screw you guys, I'm going home" attitude, you could fit in quite well. You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and when that first impression's a bad one, it's difficult to overcome. So just roll with the punches and move on! Nobody will respect you if you continue to hold old grudges.
