yup me got all the characters too http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif... the only character u cant have through the whole game iz Harle, but i really never use her anyway...

I got Harle at the end of the game. She's one of the best characters!

All you have to do to get her is to beat the game with her in the party and they next time you use the Chrono Cross you will get her. http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

i dunno she isnt really one of my fav. characters... but her lvl. 5 can be pretty usefull...

Lvl 7 is one of the best black element techs in the game, next to Lynx's, but the fact that you can get her at the end of the game (though by the time you do you'll probably have 99 stars anyway) means that she's the best black innate there... Plus the fact that she might very well be another Schala clone...

Why not? Just evolve him.

And I meant that by the time you do the procedure needed to get Harle your party will have 99 stars for quite a while.

i did but it learns it at 40 stars and it evolved at like 60 so i never got it...

Oh yeah, that's the Pip bug, you have to try to evolve it at the right time or it'll never learn the lvl 7 tech. Too early and too late would not work.

This game needs more sidequests/minigames though. The only thing is the spin the wheel thing, and the monsters arena is one-time only which is dumb.

yup thats true, i evolved Pip into its Devil Form 2 and his innate colour became Black... i really wanted his lvl.7 Hell's Fury...

Yeah, FATE was pretty easy compared to guys like Miguel and the Black Dragon/Green Dragon. (Oh, and your party members after the body switching) And that question guy was hard.

Those are probably the harder bosses in the game, the rest aren't that bad.

Darn, i GOTTA get me a PSX... 44 characters, that's plain AMAZING! Are they all well-made and have their own personalities and stuff? Vincent (FF7) for example was a pretty boring character, since he never spoke and stuff.

yah the characters are pretty good... most of them have their own accents too, like all the characters from Guldove replace the word Yah with CHA so instead of "dont yah" they say "dontCHA"....... the thing is that there are like 20+ characters urr barely ever even gonna use...

I would say that this game doesn't spend enough time on the characters, even though they DO have their own personalities and so forth (most of them anyway).

theres too many characters to do that on.... the only characters they look a lot in to are: Serge, Lynx, Glenn, Kid... then theres the other characters that dont have as much stuff like Harle...

Glenn isn't looked a lot into if you choose to save Kid.

I think Harle's looked more into if you have her a lot. (Try taking her to Belthasar at the end of the game [if you have her then]... It is weird)

Characters like Turnip, NeoFio, Luccia, Starky, Draggy, the CHA people and so on need much much more time tho.

And after beating the game three times I still feel that Kid's story isn't as developed as it should be.

I like using every characters in an RPG, so I pretty much used all of them evenly except for Janice, Mojo, Sneff, Van, Zappa and Zoah...

i used most of them to see their techs like their lvl 7s but there arwe a lot of characters i didnt use as much... i used Serge, Glenn, Karsh, Kid, Grobyc, Lynx, and Fargo the most... there are also sum but i cant think of em right now...

lol... The only time I got Glenn for an extended period of time was in my second game which I didn't do the Kid poison quest... But I beat that game with Lynx so I didn't get him back until I got the Chrono Cross in the third game...

I should use him more.

I didn't get him the first time because I wanted to level up some stars (since you fight three more bosses or something if you choose to save Kid).

Well as a group I prefer Razzly, Mel and Korcha as opposed to Glenn, Macha and Doc... Macha and Doc plainly stinks.  

And Delta Attack is cool.

Korcha was one of the better characters early in the game, and Mel is one of three characters that can steal. Plus I like to play every character as evenly as possible, so have three good characters is better than having a great character and two bad ones...

Then again, I prefer elements than physical strength in this game, and I tend to not use characters with low magic strength like Glenn, especially the first time through, since they can't heal much.

u can kill an enemy faster by just attacking than with using elements, unless its one of the characters 3 techs they tend to do more than regular elements...

lol yah thats y i equip most of my heling on Serge... bu there really is no reason to heal wen i barely ever get hurt... and if i do get seriously hurt i always have a bunch of recover all/ heal all or i can even use holy healing...

Yeah, exactly...

It's due to the leveling system in the game I guess... Chrono Trigger had some challenge in New Game+ if you don't level up a lot in your first game. But since there's almost no training characters in CC you can level up from beating those crappy bosses.
