Can't get Tecmo's Deception working

I have a game called Tecmo's Deception for PSX and for some reason it doesn't want to load at the "loading" screen. My CD-Rom drive just stops loading...

Some games just don't work, u can try to find a patch that will enable it to be playable.

Good point but I doubt there would be a patch for this game... it's not well known...

Try disabling Accurate Cd-Rom Timing under Config->Cd-Rom. I had the same prob with Tron Bonne.

so you were serving the game Tron Bonne that one time on irc. Isn't that that one game w/ that girl from mega man legends?

Yes Tron Bonne is from MegaMan Legends (aka MegaMan 64)...

Tecmo's Deception is weird game where instead of trying to get into a mansion and defeat all the little bag guys to get to the big meany at the end, YOU are the big meany at the end and you create and place monsters from all the dead heroes trying to get in...
