View Full Version : EPSXE and Vandal Hearts II

OK, i copied a PSX cd with 3 games: Quake 2, Rainbow 6 and Vandal Hearts II. It works fine with my modded PSX but when i try to play Vandal Hearts II with EPSXE the Konami logo shows and then nothing happens. Has anyone played VH2 using EPSXE?

what? u copied 3 games on 1 cd?
and no never played vandal hearts

It was a 3 in 1. When you start the game you get the option to play Quake2, Rainbow6 or VH2. It's a hacked project cd you see? Some guy probably noticed that those games weren't so big so he hacked the games and put it on one cd. A friend of mine has quite a few of those combos.

Ok tell us your system specs....recommended plugins:pete's ogl 1.65 , eternal spu 1.3 and maybe an iso of the cd

Do you have the bios ? and do any other games u have run on ePSXe?

Yes, almost all the games i've tried have worked so far (crash 2, fifa 99, vagrant story, c12, heart of darkness, tekken 3 etc). The plugin i use is Lewpy's 3dfx/Glideł GPU 1.40 which i've always used so the problem isn't there. I've even tried running it from the iso but that didn't work. Thing is, when i burned it onto a cd it worked fine with my psx.  http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif

Why dont you try to run it in another psx emu. it it runs then it is most likley a bug in ePSXe.
Also are u running the newest version of ePSXe 1.52?

Got the newest version of ePSXe and tried it on CPSX but nothing. Both Rainbow6 and Q2 works. Never mind, i'll just play it on my PSX.
