FF8 change cd screen

Hi Iv'e been playing FF8 PAL version using AdriPSX ILE and I am up to the second cd. But i cannot go further as when i insert CD 2(original cd) it says "Caution Wrong CD inserted". I can boot the second cd fine but i cannot get past the change cd screen to commence my game. Please help me fix this problem. This also happens with epsxe.

HAS ANYONE GOT PAST THIS SCREEN?

I think I've seen a similar bug in ePSXe...
DO wait until the screen completly shows up.
Then goto the GUI and tell it to change CD. Do NOT remove the CD before doing this!
When prompted, switch CD and click OK.
It should work.

I'm almost sure it's a bug... it's probably cause of some isues with the cd-rom... but i'm almost sure u can fix that by dumping the image into an iso(Make sure u save ur game). then run the 2nd cd and choose the option continue, hopefully it will read the memory card from the emu. & tada  u got into the 2nd cd.... btw i have all the GFs.

final fantasy 8 worked for me.

angel is correct though.
I extraced my cds to my hard drive using cloneCD and then played from there one cd at a time. try doing that.
then at the change cd screen save game and then extract your next cd and run it and load your game from there, and continue.  http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cwm7.gif
