I just downloaded the Connectix VGS 1.41.1 updater but when i went to use use it, it went to the dos program which is what I expected but it just showed me a bunch of symbols and said finished up at the top. Im not sure if that means that the update is complete or what? because it usually takes a bit longer than that to update a game or emulater for that matter. I have it in the folder that my Connectix is in, so that shouldn't be a problem.  Im tryin to help a friend get Parasite Eve II to work but it plays the video at the beginning then quits on us. So Im not sure if its a problem with the VGS version or our comps or what but it pretty much did the same thing to us both. So if anyone could help us out, we'd be most greatfull for your time and patience. Thank You

I am pretty sure PE2 doesn't work with VGS. I could be wrong though.

I think that it, with a little bit of configurating, will work with ePSXe though.

I've had the very same prob with PE2 and VGS. VGS cant run PE2 past the intro movie. And yes, ePSXe does indeed play PE2. You might experience slow or extremely late sound effects however in some parts depending on ur comp and/or ePSXe setup.
