Hello! ^^; I've been a fan of NeoPop for a few months now, and it's rekindled my interest in Neo-Geo Pocket games as it got better and better. However, there's a bug in a game that I have that isn't terrible, but it's not in the bug-list or anywhere on the forums, so I figured I'd report it. The bug is in a game called Ganbare Neo-Poke Kun. The game is a little virtual pet-style game with a bunch of mini-games that get unlocked as you play. The game mainly takes place in a little room, but Neo Poke-Kun (the pet) sometimes walks out and works on the circuitry of the NGP (not really, this is just the progression of games getting unlocked). The bug takes place when Neo Poke Kun leaves the room. If you press the A button to go see what he's doing, the screen fades to black and is supposed to completely fade back in again. You only see a small, circle-shaper portion of the screen, though. And when you press B to see what minigames you've unlocked, the screen goes completely haywire for a couple seconds when you try to return to the game. These bugs aren't major and don't really affect game play, but if you're interested in simply being complete, you can look at those bugs. Anyhow, again, great job on NeoPop!! It's definitely the best NGPC emulator I've tried!!

Hi, thanks for the bug report but there isn't much I can do. I've tried this game a bit (very stange!) and I think i've seen this problem - but as there were no error messages I'm not sure why it's doing this.
Basically, you're going have to wait for this to suddenly start working because I wouldn't know where to start!
I'll put it on the bugs list though.

Heehee, that's ok. If that's what it takes to get it working, that's fine. *http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif You're the one coding it, so I can only tell you what goes wrong. If you can't fix it, there's nothing I can do about it. Actually, believe it or not, it has mysteriously gotten better. I went and tried it with an older release of NeoPop, and before, when Neo PokeKun went into the circuitry, it didn't show anything at all. The screen just went black for a few seconds and then came back. *http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif I dunno, maybe that's the way it's supposed to be (showing just a circle-shaped portion of the screen when NeoPoke Kun is in the circuitry)? I was just comparing it to how NGPocket did it, and it showed the entire screen. Anyhow, again, it doesn't bother me that it doesn't work. There are many other games that work perfectly (at least as far as I can tell) in NeoPop to keep me entertained! *http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
