Working Roms In NeoPOP

Ok here's a partial list of Games that for the most part work(i wasnt checking for sound BTW, just graphics and overall correct emulation). I say for the most part because 1 or 2 key things arent being emulated as of yet, but hey w/e, NeoPOP will soon rule you all. Also a handfull of PD roms are fully functional which was a pleasant surprise. Fatal Fury F-Contact (JUE) [!] <- The characters arent being rendered during the match, all else fine
Memories Off Pure (J) <- As far as I can see, this game works, but it being jap, I didnt/couldnt really check it all
Magical Drop Pocket (J)/(UE)/(UE) [h1] <- The only thing wrong with this 1 is the in-game balloon sprites.
Neo Derby Championship (J) <- Works, the sprites for the actual race r skewered tho.

Well, I've just hacked my graphics code and forced all sprites to be displayed (instead of using a flag in the sprite descriptor to set it's priority / visibility) - Turns out the sprites are fine:

I have a few ideas as to which set of instructions will be causing this problem. So hopefully this game will become playable without too much more work!

Nice work to both! I hope you get to fix the that problems to make the game playable (I say this because I don't like hacks http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif, but I like them in some things)
