Neopop can have a external boarder? (skin)

Well, this is my suggestion, it can be or boarder or skin, but my opinion is: can you make this feature but only the skin appearing alone? Because for exemple, on Koyote, the skin appears in a window, this is so strange, but appearing only the skin whould stay great!!!!
Who uses BGB emulator knows what i am talking.

Okay, i'll see what I can do - i'm not sure it's possible because the menu wouldn't work, I guess I could skin buttons like load and save onto it too, could go overboard and do a full-on winamp style thing.
