I've decided that I will release the source code for NeoPop - there's no reason not to!

I need help with perfecting sound emulation and a load of other missing features.

It will take a short while to tidy up the code, but after that it'll be up on the site. I hope there are people out there with the dedication and patience to help me out and make NeoPop even better!

Also i'd like to see ports to other systems, all code is written in C with the Windows stuff abstracted, so it shouldn't be too nasty.

(BTW. you won't need any bios roms or things like that, it's all done with HLE, the source code is all you will need).
