Frameskip (or at least how I would implement it) simply skips the updating of the NGPC emulated video ram to the Windows display. You still have to emulate the program every frame... which is the slow bit.

At the moment I don't think i'll bother adding it (but maybe someone else could. he he - see another post) as I don't see the possibility of the major speed gain you'd see in say ePSXe.
