But I have  other problem now, when the emulation start I only see the lines of the character and the enviroment, I mean that I cant see the textures only the lines.
Anyone can help me?

Try going into the Glide64 config, and turn off the "Wireframe using" checkbox?

even better: hold the mouse over each option to bring up a tooltip window and select the recommended setting.
