When i load a rom using glide64, it works fine, but when i attempt to switch to fullscreen mode, it says 'HWCEXT_GETLINEARADDR Failed'
I've got the lastest windows xp drivers for my voodoo4 and these drivers work with a similar glide3x plugin for ePSXe.
Can anybody help me?
Thanx

Well... maybe this post might help:

Solution: This is caused by the presence of old or corrupt video driver files on the system. *If you have previously had a 3Dfx video accelerator card installed on the system, and have changed to another card or reinstalled the card, it will be necessary to rename some driver files and install new video drivers for the current video card or cards. To do this:
1) Click the Start button on the taskbar, go to Find, and select Files or Folders.
2) In the Named field, type GLIDE2X.DLL. *Make sure the Look In field is set to C: and click Find Now.
3) When the file appears, right-click the icon and select Rename from the context menu.
4) Change the .DLL file extension to .OLD.
5) Press ENTER to make the change.
6) Repeat steps 2 through 5 with the GLIDE3X.DLL file.
Once old Glide drivers have been removed, install the latest available drivers for all video cards on the system.[/b][/quote]

I've got this Dozer 1.1 Voodoo 3/4/5 Windows XP Drivers, which seem to be the latest one. The Plugin works with 1964, but not with Project64.

For me it works best on pj64 . You just place the GLIDE3X.dll
in the emulators folder. Then you change your video settings to Glide64 plugin, run your game and go to full screen mode.
The eVoodoo wrapper V3.0a was updated today but it seems to be working less better than the older version eVoodoo 3.0 but maybe cuz of my crappy vid card.

I downloaded eVooDoo XP and copied glide2x and 3x into the project64 folder to see if they worked. Suprisingly they did, it finally went fullscreen. Where were no objects(like marios face on the into) but at least it worked. This might mean that my only problem is the glide drivers in my PJ64 folder...i'll have to try others.
