Seems like almost everyone is using me these days.
I have improved on your quality of life.
The millitary uses me.
They use me in the medical field.
I am popular in the information field.
I have replaced technology of the past.
They use me a lot in construction.

Ok it's a bit hard and I didn't exactally make it up myself either so you may already know it.  Any guesses?

ok, so maybe we're dumb...

But the answer sounds just too obvious, that's the problem.
