It's getting boring in here, so I thought why not put in some new riddles.... I suppose these are tricky and tough but you'll eventually figure it out. So here goes:

1) There are three words in the English language that end in
-GRY. Two are HUNGRY and ANGRY. The third one
everyone uses every day and knows what it stands for. If
you listened carefully, I already told you what the word is.
 What is the third word?

2) Schwartzenegger has a big one,
Michael J. Fox has a small one,
 Madonna doesn't have one,
The Pope has one but doesn't use it,
Clinton uses his all the time,
Mickey Mouse has an unusual one,
 George Burns' was hot,
Liberace never used his on women,
Jerry Seinfeld is very, very proud of his,
We never saw Lucy use Desi's
 What is it?

3) Only one word in the English language has a single letter
repeated 6 times. What is it?

4) I went out for a walk and met three beggars. To the first I
gave ten cents, to the second I gave ten cents, and to
the third I gave five. What time of day was it?

Good luck cause you'll need it!!!... or maybe not.

er ok, you're giving me waaaaaaay to much credit, im not a fan of riddles, but i'll try the rest.

1)Hey, theres more than three words that end in Gry, this has to be a trick riddle. Hmmmmmnnnnn, i'll get back to it.

3) Dude i have no idea http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif

4) Hmmn, ten cents + ten cents +5 cents = 25 cents. Sooooo 25 cents is a quarter. Hmmnn a quarter. So its quarter to sumtin. Let's see there's three beggars.
Hmmmmmn oh i get it. You gave a quarter in total to three beggars. So its quarter to 3, (a quarter to three beggars) am I right?

I'll try to lay down hints after 7-10 reponses, but if you figure them out before that, then give yourself a treat http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cheeburga.gif , and then a well deserved pat in the back.

ok. This part "If you listened carefully, I already told you what the word is" suggests that the word is in the question\riddle right?
But the only two words that end in gry that are in the riddle are Hungry and Angry. Sooooo this has to be a trick riddle.

But i still dont get it. So im gonna just start guessin words. But it has to be a word in the first sentence.
3) a)English?
* *b)language?
* *c) the?
* * d) that?
* * e) end?

ok it has to be one of those words. but most likely its either "English" or "Language". The English Language because we use that every day.

Don't go out bashing your brain too much Infinity, 'cause you just solved riddle #3. The answer is of course language.

Infinty is on a rampage!!!
You've scored a hatrick.. and all in two days... care for one more.

You might need to use a dictionary on the last one, unless of course you just start counting the letters of random words.

First there were four,
but now lies one,
Infinity has been cracking,
and he's on the run.
Crack he one more in his toil,
He gains credit while others remain in soil,
None can push him or break his fall,
'cause Infinity is the greatest riddler of them all.

Good luck!!!

As for matt1freak
hahahahaha http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rotflmao.gif tallywacker that's a classic
Infinity actually cracked riddles 1,2, & 4.

Does earnie like 'sesame' ice-cream?
'sesame flavour' 'sesame street"?
Does it have something to do with Bert??

er im not the greatest riddler but cool rap tho heh

yea matt, what's the answer to the earnie riddle? and wtf? sesame street?

ooooooh. Lynk heres what they mean

"There's three words in the English language...."

the riddle asked for the third word, not the third -gry word, so the third word is "language" counting after "in".

IamaSuperFighter, im stumped for the third riddle. Need a hint. Ill get back to it on sunday when i return.

hey welcome back lynk long time no see...
i know this isnt a riddle but...
after experiencing an itchy red rash on his forehead, a man goes to see his doctor, who immediately takes a swab of the area and sends it to the lab.
Later, the results come back. "these are extremely unusual" the doctor explains. "the sample contained genital dna, basically, you have a rare condition in which a penis grows on your forehead."
Aghast , the man begins to sob uncontrolably. "oh lord!" he cries. "ill have to give up my job. my girlfriend will dump me, and I'll cringe everytime i look at myself in the mirror."
"actually, i wouldnt worry about that last part," the doctor says.
"really?" cries the man, filled with a new hope.
"oh yes," the doctor says. "you won't be able to see a thing with the balls hanging over your eyes."

Hint, hint:
All I can say is it involves numbers, and is sort of a mathmathical term, you still use it in the english language too.

I made up the hint as a riddle if it helps, (quite ironical):

One lays above and the other below,
numbers that don't tend to flow.
Be not discouraged of such fatal math,
'cause the answer comes from any path.
A special number lies along lines,
seldom visible seldom not, but for sure it isn't nine.
Here's lies a simple mathmathical solution,
Beware, it's prime and invites brain pollution.

If you're still stumped, I'll give another hint next week.
In the mean time keep trying.

Good luck!!! http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

I still dont understand 2. You cant take part of a sentence and pretend it's on it's own. Yes it would make sense if the first line read...
There are 3 words in the english language...
But that would be awfully obvious. Maybe i'm wrong and dumb. Anyone else agree

yah the riddle is pretty dumb and confusing. I wonder who came up with it.

IamaSuperFighter

http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/baaa.gif * * *Don't insult the riddle, the point of all the remaining sentences and words, in the riddle, was to misdirect the reader to throw them off. Sort of like performing a magic trick, you misdirect your audience to pull off your trick. Similarly to how there wouldn't be any magic without misdirection, this riddle wouldn't be as challenging, or intresting. Hope you all understand now.

... besides the other words did give off hints like ... everyone uses it every day and knows what it stands for. If *you listened carefully, I already told you what the word is. *Hint hint*the word is in the riddle and its something everyone uses everyday.(need I say more) I also admit the riddle has its flaws, there are words that end in -gry like puggry and aggry, but they are not used everyday, unless they symbolize something.

No offense was taken during these posts, I'm just trying to make a point from all those criticisms thats all. http://www.emuxhaven.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

There's still one riddle left, at least give it a try before I give out the answer.
Maybe this will be of help. The first letter of the word is I,(just look in your dicionary under 'I' and count the letters)
If you're all stumped I'll give out the answer next week...

Good luck, y'all.
